Clockwind Ltd. (T/A Clockwind Consulting) is a Financial Services management consulting/project management company established by its MD, Brendan Kelly, in May 2015.

We specialise in helping clients devise strategic plans and optimise their cards & payment strategies.

Additionally, Clockwind offers expert financial services advice & project management support primarily to banks and corporates in areas such as:-

- Managing the cost of credit card processing fees  - Development of customer propositions relating to Consumer Banking products (Mortgages, Credit Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Savings & Investments, Consumer Loans & General Insurance)

- Process improvement & cost reduction strategies

- Interim Executive Management.

Based in Dublin, Clockwind is led by its founding director Brendan Kelly.

Brendan is a highly experienced financial services professional with over 28 years senior management experience in Ireland, The UK & USA. He is a specialist in Cards, Payments and Retail Banking.

Brendan is a vastly experienced programme manager, project manager, and business consultant who is achievement orientated individual with a proven track record. He has a strong ability to influence thinking of others, forge strategic relationships, and build consensus.

Additionally he has extensive experience in leading and managing projects relating to business and process re-engineering, development of customer propositions and risk management in Ireland, USA & UK.

He is particularly adept at managing matrix relationships with multiple service providers and clients.

His qualifications include MBA (First Class Hons) from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Bachelor of Commerce (UCD), Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Approved Product Adviser (Institute of Bankers).

Brendan lives in Stillorgan, Co Dublin and is a long suffering Leeds United & Florida Gators fan.
